How long until my order ships?

Orders usually ship the next business day, although it can sometimes take up to a few days if we're backed up.

What's the average delivery time?

Once an order has shipped, transit usually only takes 2-6 business days since we ship from the US.

How can I track my order?

Orders can be tracked from the Order Status Page, which includes a tracking code. If you need help finding it, search your email for "Order #### confirmed" from thomas@hardcorecatholics.com.

What to do if my order hasn't arrived?

If the tracking code says your order arrived but it's not at your doorstep, reach out to us for support. We may be able to replace stolen/lost packages depending on shipping inssurance.

NOTE: Please also check your mailbox, as some delivery drivers put our orders there rather than the doorstep.

What's your return/exchange policy?

Our goal is that you love your order. Our apparel is typically non-returnable, but we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, so please reach out to us if something isn't right.

What to do if my order arrived incorrect, damaged, or defective?

Incorrect, damaged, or defective items are certainly eligible for a full refund or replacement. Please reach out and send us pictures of the issue. We want to make this right!
